nice times

Well, we leave on Sunday and things have been busy leading up to it. Yesterday was supposed to Seth's company raft trip but it was cancelled due to low water levels so we had an unexpected day of productivity. New dishwasher, pot-rack, lots of painting, and Seth made a set of shelves.

Today we have to figure out how to get the birds to Hendrick and track down the girl who is watching Spycat, than someone has to clean this house and we are home free, homeless more like it. It's sunny outside so all that might be on hold while I go outside and soak up the rays for a minute, than when I am cold because I am wearing shorts I will go to the garage sale down the street, not the picture of productivity.

Meghan was housesitting the other night, she had a potluck and invited 8 people to help her fine tune a circus trick she is performing in McCarthy for their 4th of July parade. It was the most laughing I have done in a long time, most of her untrustworthy assistants were laughing and drinking while holding her on a tight rope, she is very trusting. I was her special assistant that is why I was able to take pictures and not be a rope lackey.

In other news Seth wore a white glove all day in remembrance of his favorite pop icon, hehe.

Oh, can't forget yesterday night, also good times, Bonnie, I get a little coffee with heavy whipping cream in it and I am FLAKEY!! After a company BBQ at the Eagle River campground Seth and I went to our soccer game, I watched and waited for ankle to heal and the Unicorns only lost 1- 0, which might be a team best, minus last week of course. Ashley and Hendrick played, it was a great time, lots of brothers and sisters and spouses on the team, we are very cohessed- (that might be a fake word). Afterwards we headed to beer, Ashley leaves for Peru and the Galapagos tonight, boy that will be a good, very good time, Seattle will be good but the Galapagos is very, very good.
